Returns

We understand that at times it may become necessary to send a product back for exchange or refund. Email toweroutdoors@gmail.com within 30 days of your original purchase.   Returned items must be in their original packaging ready for resale, otherwise a restocking fee may be added.

You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the items.  Replacements will not be shipped until our warehouse receives the original products.
